I have a hard time keeping my lower leg back under my body when I'm riding, It tends to slip forward. Do any of you guys have this problem and is there any exercises I could do to help my lower leg stay in place?

maybe your backwards or the saddle is out of place tipping you back, making your leg move forward.. i read this saddle fitting thing on the internet and it said that if the saddle was not in the right place.. like.. to far back or something it would tip you wierd... so maybe thats it... but other than that, i have no idea. .lol. esspeically if you ride english, because i ride western... so yea

try come lower leg excercises, and you may not be sitting in the righ tpart of the saddle, make sure you are sitting in the deepest part
